Greektown Detroit has been a longtime favorite of many people to hang out and eat good food. If you are looking for entertainment, then the Greektown Casino may be the place for you. It has plenty of tables and slot machines if you like to gamble. The new hotel portion of the casino just opened as well so you could very well make the Greektown Hotel your place to stay if you’re visiting the city.

Detroit is one of the best places to visit if you are planning a family vacation or some romantic place to visit with your loved ones. There are several Detroit Attractions where you can enjoy free activities for the people of all age groups; you can never fall short of excitement and pleasure while you are at this place. If you are looking for a quick romantic getaway, head straight to any of the local golf taking quite walks with your loved ones. You can enjoy some of the great foods while at this amazing place and in the end you will see, half the vacation was spent in eating. The food here is one of the best and pleasurable experiences. Many people visiting this place do not have favorable experience, they feel its roads are rough and there are shabby looking corners around the city.

If you are looking to get around the place, you surely need a car, as there is no comprehensive public transportation system. Detroit has some of the best freeways and boulevards that help you to go just anywhere and it is easier to find parking in the places.

The best children’s attraction around the place includes Detroit Zoo at Huntington a wood that is famous for its polar bear exhibits, the hours of visit may depend on the season you visit this place. The famous Greenfield village at Dearborn is famous for its historic theme park that has the living history museum providing you with Model-T rides and also the famous historic baseball games. The Henry Ford museum is equally famous with its innovative museum features of historic and classical automobiles, this is the only museum that can rival the Smithsonian museums in DC.
